Canal Club is a small digital magazine about everyday city culture: the things we ride, hear, make and keep.
Our point of view
We like short rides with long stops, records played all the way through and objects with a second life. The journal follows those interests wherever they meet.
A slower edition
Our first edition is a collection to return to, rather than a feed to keep up with. Each story is a small invitation to try a different pace.
The notebook
Our essays and route ideas are editorial explorations. We do not sell tickets, take bookings or publish a live events calendar.
Behind the pictures
The canal image in this edition is a digitally created illustration of a Dutch neighbourhood. It captures a mood rather than documenting a particular address.
